Samuel H. Young is an Associate Attorney here at Tuohy Bailey & Moore LLP. Prior to law
school Sam attended Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School for high school and Indiana University,
Bloomington for his undergraduate degree. After college Sam spent several years working for a
steel fabrication shop focusing on estimating and sales. Sam joined the firm as a law clerk in
2023 while attending Indiana University McKinney School of Law and was admitted to the
Indiana Bar in 2024. While in law school Sam utilized legal externships to gain experience in the
Marion County Superior Court, Marion County Commercial Court, Indiana Court of Appeals, and
the Indiana Supreme Court.
